Yes. And I’m telling this because I have experienced this firsthand. I frequently meditate and personally I consider my meditation successful only when I hear my own snoring. I consider this state as something similar to Yoga nidra.

If you guys have experienced something similar to this, share it here. And for those who are curious, I will write another blog post on how I do my meditation. It basically involves lying down, relaxing your body and shifting your consciousness to different points on your body (AKA rotation of consciousness) and immediately trying to visualise your body as a whole.
